Winery Review: Dr. Willkomm's Blue River Riesling has intensely refreshing pure fruit notes of apples, pears, and apricots with a slight touch of sweetness on the finish.
My Review: This was a great Riesling. I love Rieslings due to their sweet taste and mild acidity, and this wine did not disappoint. I could taste the cider in the wine and it had a fresh finish. Perfect Riesling.
Did not have with food.
